1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund Window: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no session or deliverable has been delivered.
- After Service Delivery: Once the first session or deliverable (such as a checklist, plan, or template) has been provided, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be counted as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Session Expiration
Sessions must be used within the following time frames after purchase:
- Starter Plan: 2 weeks
- Growth Plan: 30 days
- Pro Plan: 60 days
- Elite Plan: 6 weeks
Any unused sessions beyond these periods will expire and are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Send an email to help@thomastonysusi.com.
- Include your name, order ID, and reason for the request.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
