All services provided are advisory and educational in nature. They are intended to help clients gain clarity and explore possible strategies.
- Services do not constitute licensed financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance through the website or directly with the consultant.
- Payment is required upfront and is processed securely via a PCI-compliant payment processor.
- Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, with no refund for unused time.
3. Client Conduct
- Clients are expected to engage in respectful, professional communication during all sessions and interactions.
- Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The consultant provides no guarantee of specific results or outcomes from sessions.
- The client is solely responsible for decisions and actions taken following advisory sessions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the consultant shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or consequences arising from the use of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients may request to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- Refunds are provided only at the consultant’s discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
- Materials, strategies, or resources shared during sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
